Donation Request: Children Trust Michigan

Members, The MLBA has partnered with, and is currently gathering donations of all types, for Children Trust Michigan. Donated items will be auctioned off at the 2024 Pam Posthumus Signature Auction on May 14 at the Breslin Event Center in East Lansing. The donation form and all mail-in donations Last year, donors all over the state helped raise over $750K to strengthen families. It could not have been done without those willing to partner with us. MLBA members who participated include: Art’s Tavern, Chill Hill Winery, Grand Hotel, Lansing Lugnuts, Mission Point Resort, Peanut Barrel, Stafford’s Hospitality and UrbanBeat! Children Trust Michigan (CTM, formerly The Children’s Trust Fund) is the only statewide organization whose sole focus is to proactively support programs with education, funding and resources across the state with the goal of preventing child abuse and neglect. As the quadrant leaders in our state’s legislature, we share CTM’s vision of a Michigan where children are happy, supported, and have access to a bright and safe future. A vision we know you share too. For over 40 years, CTM has been working with prevention partners in all of Michigan’s 83 counties. CTM is a beacon of light that funds parenting classes, offers training sessions for local prevention staff, and supports family resource centers in every corner of the state. CTM is a collaborator, leader and resource for organizations across the state who are determined to prevent child abuse and neglect. Bars/Restaurants: Gift Card donations are great! These are often bundled with other items that are relevant to your particular area in Michigan. No gift card amount is too small! Resorts/Golf Courses/Hotels: While gift card donations from your businesses are also great, please consider donating a package deal.
